Who we are

Rekindled is a database reactivation company. We run text and voice campaigns that re-engage the contacts a business already owns. This policy explains what we collect from visitors to rekindled.agency, why we collect it, and what we will and will not do with it.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Rekindled” mean Rekindled Agency LLC. “You” means anyone using this website or our demos.

Information we collect

We only collect what you hand us. We do not buy lists of personal data, and we do not track you across other websites.

Information you give us

When you use a demo: your first name, business name, industry, and website address.
When you request the voice demo: your phone number and email address, together with your explicit consent to be called.
When you book a call: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you type into the booking form.

Information collected automatically

Standard server logs from our hosting provider: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of the request.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run third-party advertising or social tracking pixels on this site.

Information about other websites

Our chat demo reads the public pages of a website address you give us, so that the demo agent can answer questions about that business. We read only publicly available pages. We do not log in anywhere, and we do not attempt to reach anything behind a password.

How we use your information

To run the demo you asked for.
To call or text you, when and only when you have asked us to.
To reply to you, book a meeting, and follow up about our services.
To keep the site working, secure, and free of abuse.
To meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it. We do not trade it.

Text messages and phone numbers

This section governs every phone number you give us, however you give it to us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent is always explicit. We text or call a number only after the person it belongs to has ticked a consent box or otherwise clearly asked us to. Consent is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
You can stop it at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will not text that number again. Reply HELP for assistance.
Frequency varies depending on the conversation. Message and data rates may apply, and your mobile carrier sets those, not us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We share phone numbers with our messaging and telephony providers only so that a message or a call can physically be delivered. They act on our instructions and may not use your number for their own marketing.

Who we share information with

We share information with the service providers who help us operate, and with nobody else, except where the law requires it. Those providers currently include:

Our website host and its serverless platform.
Our customer relationship management and messaging platform, which stores contacts and sends texts and calls.
The artificial intelligence provider that powers our demo agents. Demo conversations are sent to it so that a reply can be generated.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, safety, or property. If Rekindled is ever sold or merged, information may transfer with the business, and the terms of this policy would continue to apply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a live enquiry from you, and afterwards only for as long as we need them for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons. Demo conversation transcripts are kept only for as long as they are useful for support and for improving the demo. Ask us to delete your record and we will.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
Correct anything that is wrong.
Delete it.
Stop contacting you, on any channel.

Email us at the address below and we will act on it. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation. We will honour those too.

Security

We use encrypted connections across the site and our demo endpoints, and we limit access to contact data to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not collect payment card details on this site at all.

Children

This site is intended for business owners. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
