Agreement

These terms govern your use of rekindled.agency and the demos on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Rekindled” mean Rekindled Agency LLC. “You” means anyone using this website or our demos.

Using the site

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Enter a phone number, email address, or website that is not yours, or that you are not authorised to use.
Use the demos to harass anyone, or to generate unwanted calls or messages to another person.
Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site or its demo endpoints.
Use the site to build or train a competing product.

We may limit or block access to the demos at any time, for anyone, without notice.

The demos

The demos are illustrations of our service, provided free and as-is.

They are powered by artificial intelligence. AI-generated responses can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Nothing a demo agent says is professional advice, a quote, a contract, or a binding offer from us.
The chat demo reads a website you supply. Only give us a website you own or are authorised to submit. We read publicly available pages only.
The voice demo places a real telephone call to the number you enter, from an automated AI assistant. Only enter your own number, and only tick the consent box if you want that call.
Demo conversations may be reviewed by us to support and improve the service.

Messaging terms

These terms apply to any text message programme we operate with you.

What you are agreeing to. By providing your phone number and ticking the consent box, you agree to receive text messages, and where stated an automated voice call, from Rekindled at that number. These may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to messages in order to buy anything from us.
Message frequency varies according to the conversation.
Message and data rates may apply. These are set by your mobile carrier, not by us.
To stop: reply STOP to any message. We will send one confirmation and then send nothing further to that number.
For help: reply HELP, or email us at the address below.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers may change without notice.

How we handle your number is set out in our Privacy Policy. In short: we never share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

No guarantee of results

Anything on this site describing outcomes, response rates, or bookings is an illustration of what campaigns can do, not a promise of what yours will do. Results depend on your list, your offer, your market, and your follow-up. We do not guarantee any particular result.

Our content

The site, its copy, design, images, and the prompts and software behind the demos belong to Rekindled and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, republish, or reuse them without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site relies on third parties for hosting, scheduling, messaging, and artificial intelligence, and it links to pages we do not control, including our booking calendar. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and their terms apply when you use them.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and the demos are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rekindled will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this site or the demos. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the demos will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Rekindled against any claim arising from your misuse of the site or the demos, including entering a phone number, email address, or website that was not yours to enter.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of the State of Utah.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
